Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and Mikototo ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at mikototo.cam. This Agreement applies to all services provided through the Mikototo platform, including but not limited to live casino games, slot games, sports betting, lottery, arcade games and any promotional or loyalty programmes offered from time to time.

Mikototo operates under an international gaming licence. This platform is intended for adult entertainment purposes only and is accessible to persons aged 21 (twenty-one) years and above. Access to the platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited is expressly not authorised. Malaysian users acknowledge that they are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable local laws relating to online gambling.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

To register and maintain an account on the Mikototo platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains active:

1. You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Mikototo strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement in compliance with its international gaming licence conditions and responsible gambling obligations.
2. You must be an individual natural person acting on your own behalf. Registrations made on behalf of a third party, corporation, trust or other legal entity are not permitted.
3. You must not currently be self-excluded from any gambling platform or have requested self-exclusion with Mikototo. Opening a new account to circumvent a self-exclusion is a material breach of these Terms.
4. You must not be listed on any national problem gambling register or equivalent self-exclusion scheme that applies to your jurisdiction.
5. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons under legal guardianship or otherwise lacking legal capacity are not eligible.
6. You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer or director of Mikototo, or an immediate family member of such a person, unless express written authorisation has been granted by Mikototo management.
7. You must provide accurate, truthful and complete personal information during registration. Provision of false information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the Mikototo platform. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. Mikototo will never request your password via email, live chat or any unsolicited communication.

• You must notify Mikototo's support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised such activity.
• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party. Mikototo accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the User failed to take reasonable security precautions.
• Account names must match the name on the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals. Mismatches may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension pending KYC review.

Mikototo supports a comprehensive range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, as well as cryptocurrency deposits via Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) and Tether (USDT). Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method.

5.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit for most payment methods is RM50. Cryptocurrency deposits start from the equivalent of MYR 30.
• All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time under normal circumstances. Processing delays caused by third-party payment providers are outside Mikototo's control.
• Mikototo does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The payment method used must belong to the registered account holder.
• Deposit funds are non-transferable between accounts and may not be exchanged for physical cash outside the withdrawal process.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed according to the following indicative timelines: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) under 5 minutes; DuitNow / FPX 5–15 minutes; bank wire 15–60 minutes. These are indicative ranges, not guarantees, and may vary during periods of high demand or banking system maintenance.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Mikototo does not currently impose a withdrawal fee, though your payment provider may charge fees independently.
• KYC verification must be fully completed before the first withdrawal request will be processed. Withdrawals to payment methods different from the deposit source may require additional verification.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering measure.
• Mikototo reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending further KYC verification, detection of suspicious activity, or outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.
• Winnings derived entirely from bonus funds that have not yet satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

Mikototo offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, loyalty rewards and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered members aged 21 and above only. Mikototo reserves the right to decline bonus claims from accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.
• Each welcome bonus offer may be claimed once per person, per household and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes fraud and will result in account suspension.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any portion of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 35x means a bonus of RM100 requires RM3,500 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal).
• Only wagers placed in eligible game categories count towards wagering requirements. Certain games, particularly those with an RTP above 97%, may be excluded from wagering requirement calculations or may contribute at a reduced rate. Full details are published with each individual promotion.
• Bonus funds must be utilised within the specified validity period. Expired unclaimed bonuses will be removed from your account balance without notice.
• Mikototo reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already claimed and in progress will be honoured under the original published terms.
• Where Mikototo determines that a bonus has been claimed through fraudulent means, bonus abuse or collusion, all associated bonuses and derived winnings will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.

All games offered on the Mikototo platform are operated using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently audited for fairness. By placing a wager, you accept the game rules applicable to that specific game as displayed within the game interface.

• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to individual games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game and may be adjusted without prior notice.
• Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by the User.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the affected round may be voided and the wager returned to the User's account balance. Mikototo is not liable for any wins or losses arising from a technical error.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is accepted. Mikototo reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously erroneous price ("palpable error"). In such cases, the wager amount will be returned to the User.
• For live football, Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC and all other live sports markets, in-play bets are accepted subject to availability and connection stability. Delays between the event feed and your connection may affect bet acceptance.
• Jackpot winnings, where applicable, are subject to verification before payment. Mikototo reserves the right to withhold jackpot payments pending review in cases where a technical error is suspected.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Mikototo platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Money Laundering: Using the platform for any fraudulent purpose, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity, structuring transactions to evade anti-money-laundering controls, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in any game to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting strategies in live dealer games.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through the creation of multiple accounts, use of VPN services to bypass geographic restrictions, or any other method designed to circumvent bonus eligibility rules.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform's RNG systems.
• Underage Access: Accessing the platform if you are under 21 years of age, or assisting or permitting a person under 21 to access the platform using your account credentials.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider while funds remain in your Mikototo account balance.
• Impersonation: Registering under another person's name or using another person's identification documents during the KYC process.

Mikototo is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a full suite of player-protection tools available to all registered members, including deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible through your account dashboard at any time.

• Deposit and Loss Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits at any time. Increases to existing limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling period. Decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Timers: Users may configure automatic session alerts after 1, 2 or 4 hours of continuous play. These alerts serve as reality checks and do not automatically terminate a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Any User may request voluntary self-exclusion for a period ranging from one (1) week to five (5) years. During a self-exclusion period, the account is suspended and all marketing communications are suspended. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the elected period expires.
• Cooling-Off Period: Users may request a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks during which the account is temporarily suspended.
• Underage Gambling Prevention: Mikototo strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent underage access to gambling sites.

All intellectual property rights in and to the Mikototo platform — including but not limited to the platform name, logo, trade marks, design elements, software, game interfaces, promotional materials and all content published on the platform — are the exclusive property of Mikototo or its licensed third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms operates to transfer any intellectual property rights to the User.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only, subject to these Terms.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without Mikototo's express prior written consent.
• Third-party game content (game titles, game mechanics, provider branding) remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers licensed by Mikototo.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mikototo shall not be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption.

Mikototo's total cumulative liability to any User in connection with these Terms or the platform, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise, shall not in any circumstances exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their Mikototo account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

• Mikototo does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, error-free or free of malware. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily interrupt access to the platform.
• Mikototo accepts no liability for losses arising from network connectivity issues, device failures, or interruptions to internet service on the User's side.
• Nothing in this clause shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by Mikototo's negligence, or for any matter which cannot be excluded by applicable law.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Mikototo holds its international gaming licence (Curaçao). Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Mikototo reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

Malaysian users acknowledge that no equivalent regulatory framework exists in Malaysia for the oversight of online gambling platforms operating under international licences. Users are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the platform is lawful under Malaysian law.

Mikototo reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they materially affect Users' rights or obligations — Mikototo will provide notice via email to the address registered on the affected account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the platform homepage, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Mikototo platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and request account closure. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
